摘要: The spread of electrotonic potentials during diastolic depolarization was measured in canine Purkinje fibres immersed normal Tyrode solution. results indicate that the space constant is gradually enhanced pacemaker potential reaching an optimum before firing action potential. increase mainly due to a rise r m but decline i also found. Epinephrine (1 μ g/ml) increased depolarization. Assuming myoplasmic resistivity not changing obtained might junctional conductance this phase cardiac cycle.
