摘要: The influence of cAMP on the cell-to-cell diffusion Lucifer Yellow CH in heart muscle was further investigated. It found that isoproterenol (10(-5) M) enhanced coefficient (D) from 4 +/- 0.63 X 10(-7) cm2/s (control) to 2.4 0.66 10(-6) cm2/s. Dibutyryl-cAMP (5 10(-4) plus theophylline (0.4 mM) also increased (D = 3.2 0.69 cm2/s). effect dBcAMP by theophylline. Since permeability surface cell membrane dye is negligible presence these drugs and binding cytoplasmic proteins not altered, it thus concluded longitudinal due an increase junctional permeability. As caused quickly reversed hypothesis a greater synthesis intercellular channels seems unlikely. Acetylcholine increases concentration cGMP had no dye. present results support view modulator muscle.
