摘要: Establishment data on labor turnover and household job movement market exit are used to distinguish between male female quitting the force move another job. Quitting is larger for females males. Total usually than quitting, while more variable. For both sexes, age nonmonotonically related level of quits, higher earnings decrease quits. The relationships quit variability different men women.
