摘要: Small intestinal epithelial cells interact with a rather high concentration of fatty acids derived from the diet. These directly or indirectly regulate functions small intestine. We report here that linoleic acid and oleic markedly increased influx 45Ca2+ into cell line (IEC 6). By contrast, octanoic acid, methyl linoleate, linolyl alcohol had no effect on influx. Acidic amino acids, alcohol, inhibited acid-induced 45Ca2+, indicating activation by depended chain length was affected presence carboxyl group. Of gastrointestinal hormones, somatostatin specifically 45Ca2+.
