摘要: A computer graphics system for reconstruction from serial section micrographs was applied to intracellular details of a yeast target cell (Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell) induced by the alpha factor mating pheromone and also periodontal structure dog tooth moved orthodontically. In former, organelles distribution vesicles could be clearly observed through membrane using transparent display method in which smoothing reconstructed outer surface processing display. latter case, cutting its tissues, labiolingual mesiodistal cut surfaces adjacent alveolar bone with fine (232 sections were used).
