摘要: Fascicles of human sural (peripheral sensory) nerve were used as external fiducial points (FP) for accurate registration serial light microscopic sections in three-dimensional reconstruction umbilical cord. This paper describes a method embedding the FPs within paraffin wax block simultaneously with specimen to be sectioned. Using new design box, are embedded close and transferred slides part tissue sections. Three four align scale digitization computerized reconstruction, using commercially available software program on IBM-compatible 80386 hardware. A solid surface graphic model segment cord was generated.
