摘要: In this paper we study the interaction of Cl2 and Na on 1T–TaSe2 2H–TaSe2(0001) surfaces in temperature range 100–300 K. The experiments are performed UHV with use LEED SXPS by synchrotron radiation measurements. Deposition Cl2-covered at 100 K forms initially a , which increasing to 300 leads NaCl formation. Adsorption Na-intercalated 1T 2H–TaSe2 multilayers. first layer, contact substrate, interacts near surface . Warming up partial desorption Cl2, while remaining chlorine strongly Na, causing deintercalation tendency form NaCl. intercalation–deintercalation process takes place across van der Waals planes it is much faster 2H than 1T–TaSe2, attributed different crystal structure TaSe2.
