摘要: Abstract The adsorption of Li and Na, separately, on Cs-intercalated TaSe 2 (0001) was studied in this work. investigation took place UHV by soft X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) using synchrotron radiation as excitation source. intercalation occurred across the Van der Waals planes deposition basal plane layer compound. Lithium sodium deposited separately cause a diffusion Cs towards surface. deintercalation is more drastic than that Na. This phenomenon guided repulsive alkali–alkali electrostatic interaction it related to thermodynamic kinetic effects which have been described paper.
