摘要: Comparative phytochemical analysis of five lichen species [Parmotrema tinctorum (Delise ex Nyl.) Hale, P. andinum (Mull. Arg.) praesorediosum (Nyl.) grayanum (Hue) austrosinense (Zahlbr.) Hale] Parmotrema genus were performed using two complementary UPLC-MS systems. The first system consists high resolution UPLC-QToF-MS/MS spectrometer and the second consisted UPLC-MS/MS in Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM) mode for quantitative major constituents selected species. individual compounds (47 compounds) identified Q-ToF-MS/MS, via comparison exact molecular masses from their MS/MS spectra, literature data retention times to those standard which isolated crude extract abundant lichen, tinctorum. also allowed us identify unknown peaks/compounds, further characterized by mass fragmentation studies. MRM was useful have a better discrimination according chemical profile. Moreover, determination antioxidant activities (ABTS+ inhibition) Advance Glycation Endproducts (AGEs) inhibition carried out extracts revealed potential antiglycaemic activity be confirmed austrosinense.
