摘要: BACKGROUND: Pain associated with routine procedures in NICUs is often inadequately managed. Barriers to more appropriate pain management are nurses' and physicians' knowledge the challenges of collaborative decision-making. Few studies describe differing perceptions procedural intensity among nurses physicians which could complicate common This study set out explore factors influencing assessment gain insight into a possible classification NICU. METHOD: A survey was conducted 431 neonatal health care professionals from 4 tertiary level NICUs. Each procedure assessed on 10-point visual analogue scale (VAS) assuming absence analgesia.
