摘要: ASCTRACT This study aims to analyze the potential and constraints of group-based extension approaches as an institutional innovation in Vietnamese agricultural system. Our analysis therefore unfolds around challenges how foster this kind approach within hierarchical policy setting effectively shape enable learning groups. The draws on qualitative data from case studies five newly established groups Son La province, collected between 2007 2008.
