摘要: ASCTRACT This study aims to analyze the potential and constraints of group-based extension approaches as an institutional innovation in Vietnamese agricultural system. Our analysis therefore unfolds around challenges how foster this kind approach within hierarchical policy setting effectively shape enable learning groups.
