摘要: Publisher Summary There are two types of surface layers associated with the periphery animal cells: (1) cell coats, located on outer most cells and (2) basal external laminas, which border epithelial mesenchymal cells, respectively. Both these differ in fine structure, tinctorial affinities, topographical relation to plasma membrane, chemical composition. Cell coats present a large variety as carbohydrate-containing components membrane. In some occur peripheral sugar moieties glycoproteins integrated membrane other they form thin coat mucopolysaccharide or glycoprotein material attached leaflet lipoprotein The intimal their resistance physical treatments, specific show that not merely inert films condensed ground substance mucus but integral responsible for fundamental properties surface.
