摘要: We study the problem of hydrodynamic regulation a flow stream in microfluidic geometry using model predictive control (MPC). Via bit-accurate emulations we mimic, on 32-bit microcontroller, optimization operations associated with MPC. Additionally, use finite element method simulations to solve coupled partial differential equation that describes and diffusive transport examined geometry. This combination hardware allows us examine feasibility real-time embedded MPC chip closed loop microsystem, provide estimates performance.
