摘要: Abstract Femorotibial contact positions for 20 subjects implanted with a unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA) were analyzed using videofluoroscopy. paths determined computer-automated model-fitting technique. Subjects having medial UKA experienced on average −0.8 mm of posterior femoral rollback, whereas lateral −2.5 rollback. Twelve 17 and 2 3 normal axial rotation (average, 3.3° 11.2°). The results some suggest that the anterior cruciate ligament was unable to thrust femur anteriorly at full extension. These support findings plays significant role in kinematics, which may contribute longevity. Copyright 2002, Elsevier Science (USA). All rights reserved.
