摘要: Despite clear clinical advantages, unicompartmental knee replacement still remains a high demanding and less forgiving surgical procedure. Coronal-tibial malalignment beyond 3°, tibial slope 7° overcorrection in the coronal plain are well-recognized causes of failure. Computer-assisted surgery has been proposed to improve implant positioning joint surgery, but without advantages until now with only theoretically decreased number revisions future. However, more evident could be predicted where accuracy is lacking traditional techniques, such as UKR surgery. The aim Author present his personal technique (even not computer-assisted) rules tricks. In experience it offers lot practical implantation.
