摘要: Isolated dog kidneys were each pumpperfused by another during 4 experimental periods at perfusion pressures (PP) of 21, 17, 13, and 8 kPa, resp. (i. e. 160, 130, 95, 60 mm Hg). At the 3 highest PP values, total kidney renal blood flow (RBF) glomerular filtration rate (GFR) perfectly autoregulated while lowest value both values significantly lowered. No significant difference was observed between single nephron GFR (SNGFR) 1 2; in period (PP=13 kPa) a lower (P<0.05). Free pressure proximal convolution (FFP), stop-flow (SFP), peritubular capillary (PCP) not different 2 than 1, but (P=0.02–0.05). Effective filatration (EFP) decreasing with PP. Filtration equilibrium kPa. Total resistance (RT) fell PP, drop being due to steep decline afferent (RA). Efferent (RE) increased as decreased. Ultrafiltration coefficient (Kf) rose declining within outside autoregulatory range. The results indicate that limit autoregulation is higher superficial nephrons whole kidney.
