摘要: Tissue blood flow (TBF), its percent distribution and glomerular (GBF) were measured using labelled microspheres 15 μm in diameter (M) chicken red cells (CRBC) at perfusion pressures (PP) of 17.3, 12.8 8.0 kPa (130, 95 60 mm Hg) isolated alloperfused dog kidneys. Renal (RBF) was never interrupted during the isolation. Experiments with M showed a marked inequality tissue different parts renal cortex constant PP 17.3 kPa. TBF highest outermost quarter lowest juxtamedullary one. Using CRBC, homogeneous observed outer 3/4 lower innermost quarter. With M, typical “redistribution” GBF into inner cortical regions indicated reduction. this phenomenon only below range RBF autoregulation (8.0 kPa) much less conspicuous than M. The smaller size higher elasticity CRBC as compared may result more realistic reflection distribution. superficial glomeruli decreases, even each reduction, difference exhibiting 5% significance level. limit BF these seems to be some-what that total autoregulation.
