摘要: The quantum yield for CO2 uptake was measured on a number of C3 and C4 monocot dicot species. Under normal atmospheric conditions (330 microliters per liter CO2, 21% O2) leaf temperature 30°C, the average yields (moles einstein) were as follows: 0.052 dicots, 0.053 grasses, NAD-malic enzyme type 0.060 0.064 phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase 0.061 NADP-malic 0.065 grasses. under dependent in species, but apparently not Light during growth appeared to influence yield. significance variation plants discussed terms leakage from bundle sheath cells suberization apoplastic regions cells.
