摘要: Abstract This study, based upon the histologic examination of 969 radicular cysts, suggests that vast majority cysts undergo resolution following conservative endodontic therapy. The mechanism involved in this may be dissolution epithelial lining due to inflammatory exudate. It is suggested during therapy instrumentation should carried slightly beyond apex.
