摘要: The topic of representing the offset a 2D B-spline curve in same form has been research for long time, and it many industrial applications, especially NC tool path generation pocketing. For paths, is often required that paths have fewer control points, lower base function degree, approximation error guaranteed within given tolerance over entire curve. However, existing methods utilising global approximate offsets free-form curves with high degree points. Although these are useful computer-aided design, they inappropriate use CNC machining.
