摘要: Incubation period in mice of ME7 scrapie agent is known to be controlled by the gene sinc. Evidence presented that same probably also determines incubation for 22A which has very different biological properties. Not only there a reversal direction effect when these agents are compared homozygous two alleles sinc, but type allelic interaction—absence dominance with and overdominance 22A. Other mentioned extend this range interaction even further. It suggested replication depends on multimeric host site sinc contribute types subunits sites.
