摘要: Although the use of nonstandard workers is an irreversible trend, academic literature in public administration scarce. By using National Organizations Survey 2002 data set, authors tested models reasons and effects workers. The found that (a) organizational hierarchy, provision fringe benefits, employee unionization are important predictors workers; (b) deteriorates employment relationships employees' trust; (c) agency temporaries contract private sector independent contractors generate largest negative impacts. Managers' attention to job-related factors ameliorate potentially effects.
