摘要: Better understanding and management of lung cancer are needed. Although much has been learned from known protein coding genes, long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs), a relatively new fast evolving large family transcripts, have recently generated attention for discoveries. LncRNAs play critical regulatory functions emerging as players in tumorigenesis phenotypic determinators cancer. In this review, we highlight the latest development lncRNAs, including circular We start with well-characterized lncRNAs an oncogene or tumor suppressor then extend our discussion on impact SNPs lncRNA its risk clinical applications biomarkers therapeutic targets.
