摘要: Although most female adnexal tumors of probable Wolffian origin have a benign biologic behavior, occasional cases exhibited malignant potential. We encountered 50-yr-old woman with an uncommon origin, which involved bilateral ovaries, invaded the ipsilateral fallopian tube, and extended to uterine serosa. The initial histopathologic presentation caused significant confusion in pathologic diagnosis. Multiple differential diagnoses including ovarian endometrioid carcinoma, Sertoli cell tumor, metastasis from nongynecologic organs were considered. After careful examination histologic findings thorough investigation multiple immunohistochemical stains, diagnosis was ultimately established. A literature review on form is presented.
