摘要: Mesonephric carcinomas are rare in the female genital tract and usually found sites where embryonic remnants of wolffian ducts detected, such as uterine cervix, broad ligament, mesosalpinx exceptionally rarely corpus. To date, only four cases mesonephric arising corpus have been described literature. Here we report two a deep intramural location 55-year-old woman 62-year-old Chinese populations. It is believed to be first China. Both presented with little postmenopausal bleeding. Before hospitalized, curettages were programmed for both cases. The pathology reports adenocarcinoma. A total hysterectomy bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy performed. On gross examination, tumors confined myometrium. Microscopic examination these adenocarcinomas mixed spindle cell component. most primary histologic patterns tubular glands that varied size lined by one several layers columnar cells. Immunohistochemically, tumor cells expressed positive CD10, calretinin, vimentin, cytokeratin (AE1/AE3) epithelial membrane antigen (EMA); but expressions ER PR completely negative. peculiar carcinoma may misinterpreted other histological type neoplasms. Awareness this phenomenon immunostaining markers can prevent from making false diagnosis.
