摘要: Low temperature, drought and salinity are major abiotic stresses that influence survival, productivity geographical distribution of many important crops across the globe. The C-repeat/dehydration-responsive element binding transcription factors (CBF/DREB) proteins involved in response to plants. In this study, twenty-one CBF genes were identified cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) by bioinformatic approach. (named as GhCBF1--GhCBF21) characterized encode share high similarity with those plant cold stress-related proteins, which contain classic AP2 domain 58 amino acid residues. Phylogenetic analysis revealed isolated can be classified into 4 groups: GhCBF I, II, III IV. RT-PCR indicated up-regulated plants under stress. Furthermore, four treatments. Our data provided valuable information for further exploring roles development
