摘要: Environmental stresses, such as salinity, drought and cold, can induce the expression of a large amount genes. Among these are many transcription factors that regulate downstream genes by specifically binding to cis-elements or forming transcriptional complexes with other proteins. In present study, DREB-like factor gene, named AhDREB1, was isolated from halophyte Atriplex hortensis. AhDREB1 encoded protein containing conserved EREBP/AP2 domain featuring DREB family. yeast one-hybrid analysis bound DRE elements activated reporter HIS3 LacZ. The gene expressed in roots, stems leaves A. Salinity induced its but not organs. Overexpression transgenic tobacco led accumulation putative performance lines also tested under stressed conditions two were found be stress-tolerant. These results suggest functions DRE-binding play roles stress-tolerant response
