摘要: Abiotic stresses such as cold, drought and high salinity are common adverse environmental conditions that seriously influence plant growth crop productivity worldwide. Some transcription factors (TFs) have been isolated verified recently to play roles under abiotic stresses. Among them, the TF of DREB (Dehydration responsive element binding) can therefore regulate expression many stress-inducible genes in plants a critical role improving stress tolerance by interacting with specific cis-acting named DRE/CRT, which is present promoter region various stress-related genes. In this review, we summarized current knowledge DREBs structural functional characters emphasis on regulation mechanisms development, well new research approaches complexity signal transduction pathway DREBs. The practical application value improvement engineering was also discussed.
