摘要: Agarwood is the precious fragrant wood produced by tropical tree Aquilaria, often after elicitation wounding or fungal attack. In this study we established a cell suspension culture of A. malaccensis from leaf-derived callus and induced agarwood production in using elicitors. Elicitors were made crude mycelial extracts two species genera Trichoderma Lasidiplodia. The elicitors added to culture, initiated with 2 g fresh calli, at concentrations ranging 10 mg L-1. A light scent was detected elicited 8 L-1 extract. To increase intensity, cultures calli treated combination inoculum extract most intense fragrance, one comparable scent. harvested, extracted methanol, analyzed GC-MS. Several important compounds including 8-epi-.gama.-eudesmol, Ai-guaiene, alloaromadendrene oxide-1. appeared be suitable inducer for when used an optimal concentration Aquilaria.
