摘要: In the control of manual lifting hazards an alternative to job redesign is preemployment screening and selection. With a procedure, stresses can be controlled by effecting match between demands human work capacity. This predicated on principle that jobs cannot redesigned or changed lower their demands. Accordingly, hazard strategy becomes one selecting only those individuals with capacity perform given without excessive risk. An integrative program suited for physically demanding presented. Prerequisites implementation include (1) step testing at submaximal levels; (2) strength using three standard postures (arms, back legs); (3) determination expressed in terms output requirements. The criteria are based level utilization each principal determinants (energy expenditure, heart rate, capability).
