摘要: This study examined the effect of load weight, and physical work capacity (PWC) on psychophysical lift ratings 33 men 58 women. Each subject lifted seven boxes that ranged in weight from 6.8 kg to 40.9 rated each with Borg's CR-10 scale. The components were a vertical distance hands floor 53 cm, 48 cm. Subject PWC was assessed two ways: arm, shoulder, torso, leg isometric strength; fat-free determined skinfold fat. Physical significantly correlated for lifts women's higher than those men. Multiple regression showed function (R = 0.87). Logistic quantified levels psychophysically acceptable loads defined by ≤ 7. These results are independent factors ratings.
