摘要: Worker self-assessments are an important tool for assessing force and effort in physical work. This study uses maximal grip exertions on a dynamometer to calibrate the workers before rating various tasks' requirements 0 10 visual analog scale. 78 were selected 58 different jobs at automotive assembly plant asked rate separate tasks job as whole. Their peak ratings (6+2.5) significantly higher than those estimated by trained observers (4.7+1.1), however they used larger range of values scale suggesting more sensitive subtle changes. also Hand Activity Level (HAL) Workers same task define 86.4% time. In conclusion, worker self-ratings can be helpful identifying with high requirements.
