摘要: This study investigated the relationship between fatigue and work safety behavior of fathers with new babies. A total 241 completed a questionnaire at 6 12 weeks postpartum items on work. Results revealed that worked long hours, reported moderate-to-high physical intensity work, experienced interrupted sleep averaging less than hours. Fathers also moderate both postbirth, which was inversely related to behavior. Both history made small but statistically significant contribution results postbirth. Findings suggest working babies experience during early fatherhood are unable recover due poor patterns. Managers should consider potential for compromise develop risk management strategies target fathers.
