摘要: Pinocembrin or 5, 7-dihydroxyflavanone is a flavanone, type of flavonoid. In the present study, we first assessed anti-inflammatory effects pinocembrin in RAW macrophage cells; and based on these effects, investigated therapeutic murine model endotoxin-induced acute lung injury. We found that vitro pretreatment with remarkably regulated production TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 IL-10 via inhibiting phosphorylation IκBα, ERK1/2, JNK p38MAPK. mouse LPS-induced injury, (20 50 mg/kg, i.p.) attenuated development pulmonary edema, histological severities, as well neutrophil, lymphocyte infiltration, which were increased by LPS administration. Additionally, IL-1β concentrations decreased significantly while concentration was after pretreatment. Our results also showed injury through suppression p38MAPK activation. These findings suggest may represent novel candidate for modulation inflammatory responses.
