摘要: Ploidy level is taken in consideration when studying speciation, systematic, ecology, polysomaty, plant conformity following vitro multiplication or somatic embryogenesis, etc. It recommended to know the relative DNA content cells lines with different ploidy levels because polyploid individuals produce frequently changes physiology, which affect good conditions of growth and competition. These favour occupation new habitats, can be than those their diploid predecessors, although they also sharing same geographical distribution that progenitors, having compete them (De Laat et al., 1987; Brown Bergounioux, 1989).
