摘要: In this study, the quality of aquatic habitats mountain and piedmont streams was evaluated using ‘Instream Flow Incremental Methodology (IFIM)’ decision-making tool. The interpreted from behaviour bioindicators in form habitat suitability curves (HSCs). From 1995 until present, 59 different reaches 43 Slovakia 3 validation were evaluated, results analysed. aim study to generalize parameters HSCs for brown trout. generalized will be useful water management planning. It is difficult time-consuming take hydrometrical ichthyological measurements at levels. Therefore, we developed a methodology modifying based on an survey during low flow which fish lose ability resist velocity. provides information how such can modified wider range. summary, shows that provide representative data used support both design river restoration assessment impacts use or climate change stream quality.
