摘要: Aim The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy hysteroscopy (HS) in detecting intrauterine abnormalities prior repeat embryo transfer and improving pregnancy outcomes asymptomatic women with repeated implantation failure (RIF). Material Methods A prospective cohort conducted involving 672 RIF from a Chinese university hospital. Pregnancy between HS (subdivided into patients without abnormalities) non-HS groups were compared. Results The incidence group 37.13%. The most common included endometrial polyps or polypoid endometrium, hyperplasia adhesions. Clinical rates significantly higher than (41.92% vs 32.25%; 23.82% 18.60%, respectively). There no significant differences early abortion, ectopic pregnancy, late abortion live birth rates. clinical both subgroups when compared group, whereas there subgroups. Conclusion HS improved abnormalities. may be routinely performed before women.
