摘要: Office hysteroscopy (OH) allows assessment of the uterine cavity. The aim this study is to investigate cavity infertile patients with OH, treat pathologies and measure impact OH on live birth rates IVF treatment costs. 498 were selected for study. Control group (398 patients) underwent without evaluation. (100 was assessed prior detected intrauterine treated. divided into two subgroups: normal (59 who had (41 patients). Number needed (NNT) also measured. When control groups compared, group’s rate significantly higher (18.3 vs. 26 %; p > 0.05). 41 % in pathologies. subgroups it (p < 0.05). there a statistically significant difference pathology subgroup NNT measures showed that 13 interventions achieve one additional pregnancy [NNT 13.05; relative risk (RR) 1.418], while five be found treated (NNT 5; RR 1.962). Usage can play an important role detecting patients. Therefore, may have positive outcome
