摘要: In wireless network convergence, each mobile host is expected to have multiple kinds of interfaces. Multicast-based applications are be widely deployed. this paper, a new selection scheme proposed for select the most appropriate access maximize user satisfaction and ISP's profit, simultaneously. We devised metric measure user's we also developed ‘normalized resource’ system profit measure. compared our with three other reference schemes, through simulations. Depending on deployment situations, exhibits one-fifth service disruption time while resource consumption comparable that minimum scheme. Overall, gain becomes higher as users move faster and/or population density increases. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
