摘要: In this article, I have conceptualized union ‐ management relations using an organizational justice framework. consider theory, including distributive, procedural, interactional, and what call relational perspectives. Utilizing examples from my experience research, illustrate discuss various forms of operating in school systems influencing teachers’ perspectives actions. urge researchers practising educational leaders to use perspective better understand per spectives education.
