摘要: Methods for preparing dried pellets of biological materials are described. The can have a substantially spherical shape and prepared by freezing droplets liquid composition desired material on solid surface followed microwave vacuum drying the frozen droplets. These methods useful having high concentration material, in particular therapeutic protein or vaccine, which faster reconstitution time than lyophilized powder cakes vials.
