摘要: Methods for preparing lyophilized pellets of biological materials are described. The have a substantially spherical shape and prepared by freezing droplets liquid composition desired material on flat, solid surface, in particular, surface that does not any cavities, followed lyophilizing the frozen droplets. These methods useful having high concentration material, particular therapeutic protein or vaccine, which faster reconstitution time than powder cakes vials.
