摘要: The formation of photostimulated luminescence (PSL) centers in BaFBr:Eu2+ single-crystal phosphors is studied the 5–9 eV vacuum ultraviolet region. are efficiently formed by Eu2+ photoionization absorption at 6.6 eV. PSL excitation spectrum after almost same as that X-ray excitation. Photoconductivity generated process These results present further confirmation mechanism Takahashi et al.. [J. Lumin. 31 & 32 (1984) 266]. numerical analysis dependence intensity on intensity, assuming bimolecular kinetics accord with this mechanism, gives linear over a very wide range under practical conditions applications. Thus definitely established.
