摘要: We have investigated the stress-stimulated luminescence (SSL) from ZnAl2O4:Mn. Two kinds of ZnAl2O4:Mn samples were synthesized at different reduction conditions to clarify influence structure defects on SSL property. The intensity was found be greatly increased by reducing a high temperature 1300 °C. integrated about two magnitudes larger than that conventional This enhancement is attributed large number trapped carriers in reduced results thermoluminescence. spectrum consistent with photoluminescence as well afterglow one. It suggested can excited stress, and resultant recombination between electrons holes give rise an energy which transferred Mn2+ centers create emission according transitions 4T1 6A1.
