摘要: Strongly adherent SrAl 2 O 4 :Eu films were fabricated on the rough surface of an alumina substrate by a combination radio frequency (rf) magnetron sputtering technique and post-thermal treatment. A crystalline 2+ film was obtained after annealing at 1000°C in reduced atmosphere it exhibited intensely green photolumninscence (PL) triboluminescence (Tribo-L), while as-deposition showed amorphous state weakly red PL. It found that possessed strong durability friction no peeling, cracking, breaking Tribo-L measurements. The mechanism is discussed basis alternative carrier trap model presented Clabau et al. [Chem.
