摘要: Abstract A rapid, convenient, and highly sensitive fluorometric assay for α-chymotrypsin is suggested. The based on the direct recording of emission intensity β-naphthol liberated by enzymic hydrolysis ZPNE. Microquantities down to 5 × 10 −2 ng are easily assayed. advantage applicability this biological preparations discussed.
