摘要: The invention relates to a long shelf-life original taste milk beverage and preparation method thereof. raw material is composed of whole powder, maple syrup, chitosan oligosaccharide, EDTA ferrisodium, paraben, an emulsification thickener, acidulant, sweetener I, II fumet in specific proportion. Through multiple tests the adding sequence materials,the reaction temperature stirring rate during process, optimal determined. According invention, modified low sugar content, good rich nutrition, small food additive amount. synergistic effect different materials, stability shelf life are improved; layering, deposition, bleeding prevented transportation storage processes.
