摘要: Abstract Objective Lower urinary tract symptoms are common among older women. The Bristol Female Urinary Tract Symptoms (BFLUTS) questionnaire was designed to assess a wide range of symptoms, including incontinence, and impact on sexual function quality life. This paper describes development validation scored form BFLUTS questionnaire. Study design Baseline 6-month follow-up data from randomized trial compared tension-free vaginal tape with colposuspension for 344 women urodynamically proven stress incontinence. Problematic responsive items were identified subjected factor analysis develop scoring system. Results Three domains symptoms: incontinence (5 items); voiding (3 filling (4 additional subscales (2 items) life items). All scales have simple additive scores. Conclusion A the is now available should be useful in research clinical practice urology gynecology.
