摘要: The authors propose and test a model of the predictors outcomes role conflicts experienced by individuals simultaneously holding full-time employment providing care for elderly parents. It is proposed that interrole conflict predicted physical psychological involvement in elder predicts both partial absenteeism from work strain. In turn, strain marital interactions. Data 141 employees 2 universities provided strong support mediational using LISREL VII. contrast, alternative models were not supported data.
