摘要: Two major families of nutritional proteins exist in insects, namely the vitellogenins and yolk proteins. While other insects only are found, cyclorraphan flies contain Possible sites protein synthesis fat body follicle cells surrounding oocyte. We report cloning tsetse fly Glossina morsitans morsitans, a species with adenotrophic viviparity. The could be aligned dipteran some vertebrate lipases. In contrast to situation most species, single gene was found fly. Northern blot analysis showed that ovarian cells, not represents site synthesis.
